Account Creation

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out from your account at the end of each session

Account Types

We offer different account types with varying features and limitations:

• Gym Owner Accounts: For fitness facility operators to manage their business
• Member Accounts: For individuals accessing gym services and memberships
• Staff Accounts: For gym employees with limited administrative access

Available Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers for gym owners:

• Starter Plan: Basic features with member limitations
• Pro Plan: Enhanced features with increased member capacity
• Elite Plan: Full feature access with unlimited or high member limits

Free Trial

New gym owner accounts receive a 15-day free trial period. During this trial:

• You can access all features of your selected plan
• No payment is required during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time before the trial expires
• Billing begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled

Billing and Payments

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Platform Fees

Gym owners are responsible for subscription fees based on their chosen plan. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Member Payments

Members pay gym owners directly for memberships and services. We facilitate payment processing but are not responsible for disputes between gyms and members regarding refunds or service quality.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Subscription Cancellation

Gym owners may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse or harass other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately suspended
• Your data may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Service

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Personal injury related to gym activities

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party gyms, payment processors, or other service providers accessed through our platform.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Arab Emirates.
